performance and growth. She is specialized in leadership effectiveness, transition
and crisis coaching.
She has published in 2007 a book on burn out (“Vaincre l’épuisement professionnel”, Editions
Robert Laffont).
She has founded the European coaching network 
and is co creater of the Elusis SolutionTank® collective development model where peers coach peers to create in real time new solutions to operational and business challenges. She is a featured speaker, trainer in coaching schools and coach supervisor (ICF certified supervisor).

Business Accomplishments
She was founder and managing director of a Health advertising company for 10 years and succeeded in merging her company with an international group. For an additional period of 5 years she stayed CEO of the merged company and was appointed partner of the international group. During these 15 years she acquired an extensive experience in organization development, management and communication. Her business background gives her vital insights into the issues raised by clients.

Born in Berlin (Germany), raised in France, Suzanne has also studied in the US and in England and has worked in Africa. She now lives in France and works mainly with international companies all over Europe. Her international background combined with her business skills allow Suzanne to fully understand the complexity of corporate issues.

Coaching Associations: Master Certified Coach (MCC) of the International Coach Federation. Dedicated to the coaching profession, she serves in the creation of the international ICF conferences. Lately she was member of the Educational Steering Committee for the Global ICF Conference (Montréal, 2008). She is certified member of the Association Européenne de Coaching (EMCC) and Syntec coaching certified (Individuals & Teams).
