Sabine is an inspiring and successful business coach and a recognized expert in collective creative intelligence, leading edge management and transcultural executive coaching. She intervenes in three languages (German, French, English) for her client base which extends throughout Europe and includes CAC 40 and Fortune 500 companies. Convinced of the interest of creating an alliance between people and cultures, she is dedicated to developing multicultural organizations, their teams, international executives and leading women by cultivating their differences, strengthen their capacity to create significant breakthroughs in order to:

- Leverage deep personal and professional development and performance
- Allow the emergence of a different future.
Sabine co-designed the Elusis Solution Tank® where peers coach peers to create new solutions to real business challenges in real time, creates different Leadership Coaching concepts such as Synergetics3 and “The seminar for the new generation of executive women”.
Sabine has PhD in law, is a former practicing attorney and has prior business experiences as Legal Director and Director for Top Executives and Diversity in a world-wide acting automobile company.
She is a Master Certified Coach ICF and an active member: she co-created the 2007 International ICF Coaching Conference (Long Beach). She is the French partner of the European Institute for Managing Diversity, based in Barcelona and member of EPWN (European Paris Professional Women’s Network).
She actively contributes to the European Movement “Art and Business” and participates in different learning networks where she explores the fields of collective intelligence, creative leading and masterful dialogues.
She is a featured speaker, dynamic facilitator of large group interventions and appreciated seminar trainer for various European Business and Coaching Schools and coach supervisor. She is co-author of the book “Coaching d’organisation” (Armand Colin, 2008) and author of two articles published in “The Routledge Companion to International Business Coaching”, 2009.
